Got a new phone over the weekend.  Blackberry 9360.  I wanted a bb then and have been planning to get one but truth be told, I wasn't very sure about my feelings now.  The only reason that I got this is because it was the logical thing to do at that time.  I wanted to get an iPhone but it is still just too expensive. :|  Anywho you can call my BB, Lily.  We are not good friends yet.  I am still hoping that we will be - in time. :)

The things I like about it are:

♥ BBM - photosharing is sooo much easier using this app. I can even send instant voice notes if I feel silly enough. :)

♥ Led Colors - I am shallow as hell, and customizing the colors of the flashing Led makes me giddy! :D

Life Update

Despite all the many things that have been happening lately, I could not for the life of me find time and reason to write stuff down.  I am in a very strange place, right smack in the middle of changes and staying the same.

Work stuff has been crazy.  I am going to be transferring site soon.  I wish I know the exact date but like many things in this company, it is yet to be determined.  I am really excited about this move actually.  It's going to be a brand new site, I just need to figure out how to commute to that place.  Contrary to how I thought I would feel, detaching myself from Eastwood isn't at all difficult.  Maybe it really is time for me to move on, I did what I needed to do.

In other news, some random useless things I have been doing lately:

I find myself pinning so much lately and reading tons of this blog here. 

As much as i hate 4square, I am such a sucker for Getglue.

I was able to catch up on my programs and started watching community. :)

I guess I have 17 books I am currently reading. 

This is such a long list because I always stop reading when it becomes boring  - Life is too short for boring books. :)  I will still try and finish these though.
I am giving away most of my books and will be keeping just a few - mostly because of its sentimental value.  My sister is totally helping me out by giving it to her friends.

I still play with my Classic Booth app and here are some of my favorites as of late.

the last set was taken by Noel while I talk too much last Saturday - pouring everything I have not said since the last time we saw each other. :D

B A G U I O

Early this week, my family and I drove to Baguio and spent 3 fun days there doing tourist stuff.  There was a lot of walking and eating and pictures.  We visited the old attractions and tried the new ones.  It was super fun.   Here are just some of my favorite pictures from the trip.

This week and next

I cannot wait for this week to be over, my team and I have been out during the holidays and is now catching up on work.  I have been doing so much stuff, you wouldn't believe it!  I wish we can fast forward to the fourth week of April.  My family and I scheduled a summer trip and I am a bit excited to go back to Baguio and do a lot of tourist-y things. :)

1. Victory over sin

human nature = sinful. Even kids are generally sinful.

➡. God made him who had no sin to be sin for us, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God. (2 Corinthians 5:21 NIV)

❤. In the same way, count yourselves dead to sin but alive to God in Christ Jesus. (Romans 6:11 NIV)

2. Victory over curse

👍Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law by becoming a curse for us, for it is written: "Cursed is everyone who is hung on a pole." (Galatians 3:13 NIV)

Jesus nailed all our sins and curses on the cross!!

3. Victory over death

➡. The last enemy to be destroyed is death. (1 Corinthians 15:26 NIV)

people are afraid of death because of uncertainty where to go after death.

Good news: death did not bring God down.

Piercing and Love

Reading in the early hours of the morning is one of my favorite things to do.  I have been following a new blog and I have been really enjoying her words.  Today she wrote this little nugget of truth and I just got to share it.  Talking about Easter weekend..

Goodbye

I was able to do it.  I transferred the pictures from my Multiply site to Picasa! It was a daunting task but I was able to do it.  I was even able to save them in my external drive. :)  As far as my blog goes, I did not transfer everything -  I tried but there is so much and I didn't want to do it anymore. But I did transfer some.  So now, I am just going to be using this site and I wouldn't be annoyed at looking at those cross-posted entries that have unread characters in Multiply.

Shutting Down

I have been thinking of shutting down my Multiply site for quite sometime now.  I really want to just delete the account and use this blogger but I am a bit apprehensive in doing this as we are talking about several years worth of pictures and blog.  Actually, I am mostly lazy.  Lazy about moving these pictures and words here and picasa.

But last night, I finally started doing this.  I know I have so much to do, but I resolve to finish this before weekend.  So, there.  :)
